RK Fischer & Associates

RK Fischer & Associates has been providing business consulting and business coaching to Canadian business owners since January 2010. The business was started by our 2 partners after spending over 25 years each in business where they held senior management and executive roles in a variety of industries, working in large, medium, as well as small and start-up businesses. We found that businesses under 150 employees had difficulty finding highly qualified consultants and coaches that understood the needs of the owner-operated business versus that of larger businesses, so we wanted to focus on this market. We have associates that provide some of the background work on engagements, which helps to keep the cost down on larger engagements. All work is supervised and reviewed by our two Partners.

Our business model is one in which we partner with other professionals to provide one-stop shopping services for small business owners. Some businesses work under the RK Fischer umbrella to provide services, while others due to their industry or profession will be a direct referral. The affiliations we have with these professionals has been through years of working with them and trusting that our clients will be served well.
