Can agencies pay for better rank or placement?

No. There is nothing to buy: no ads, no sponsored slots, no paid placements.

Is a listing free?

Yes. Every listing and every feature is free. There is nothing to buy.

How do buyers start?

What does Verified mean?

Someone proved control of the agency’s website domain with a verified work email on that domain or a DNS TXT record. Nothing else counts: not payment, not a phone call, not a free-mail address.

How do I claim a listing?

Prove you control the agency’s website domain. A verified work email on that domain (subdomains count) approves the claim instantly. Free and disposable mailboxes such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and Proton never count.

No email on the domain?

Add a DNS TXT record with a token we generate for your account, then press Check now. A match approves the claim instantly. Tokens expire after 7 days and work once.

What if someone else already claimed it?

Prove domain access the same way and open a dispute. An admin reviews it, and DNS proof carries the most weight. Ownership never changes automatically, and the current owner is told.

Can agencies remove reviews?

No. A verified owner can dispute a review they believe is not from a real client, is a conflict of interest, or is abusive. It stays visible, marked as under dispute, until we decide. Anyone can report a review.
