Our namesake, Phoebe Omlie, was a pioneer in American aviation. She was referred to by Eleanor Roosevelt as a woman “whose achievements make it safe to say the world is progressing.” The definition of a pioneer is someone who begins or develops something new AND prepares the way for others to follow. Inspired by Phoebe’s pioneering legacy, our mission is to cultivate possibilities by building transformative strategies and trusting teams.
