About North Country Slate
We have used North Country black on a large number of occasions, and we’ve found it to be an excellent quality slate it is very “workable”. We’ve installed it in Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia without any problems. We find it’s a very good substitute for the old Pennsylvania Black slate roofs that are needing re-roofed after 100 years.
