Zegates is an AI product engineering company. We build production LLM systems, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and AI-native SaaS, for founders and operators in the US and Western Europe.

Most AI projects stall at the demo. Ours ship. We work in the unglamorous layer that makes AI reliable in production: evaluation harnesses, retrieval quality, guardrails, cost control, and observability — so the system still behaves correctly on day 200, not just day one.
