Wolves Not Sheep

Wolves Not Sheep is a creative strategy and design studio, specializing in destination branding and positioning. Hospitality owners & operators work with us to shape their guest experience.

Beyond our relationship as a preferred vendor for Marriott International we’ve led independent owners through both new builds and conversions, hotel developers looking to position and scale flagship hotels into several locations, and (re)branding efforts for restaurant groups with new concepts and large franchises.

We Develop Your Creative Foundation: Using design and storytelling to forge uncommon bonds between people, design, and actions that lead to what ultimately feels like inevitable and effortless decisions.

Our Name Reflects Our Approach: Using layered strategic thinking to clarify vision, positioning, and long-term opportunity – building a brand roadmap where design becomes the expression of something intentionally uncommon.

There are places to stay and places that stay with you. If you're building a destination experience, let's talk!
