White Square USA is a commercial cleaning and janitorial company based in Hollywood, Florida. We serve HOA and condo associations, property management companies, offices, and short-term rental hosts across Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Commercial janitorial and HOA/condo common areas. Recurring cleaning for lobbies, hallways, elevators, fitness rooms, pool decks, restrooms, garages, and amenity spaces. Daily, weekly, or a custom frequency, with a written scope so boards and managers know exactly what is covered and what is not.

Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers. Turnover cleaning between guests, including linen changes and restocking, timed around check-out and check-in windows so the unit is ready for the next booking.

We also handle office cleaning and residential cleaning.
