We save companies thousands of dollars a year. We promise fast response and great customer service. We try our best to match you with a professional that fits your scope of work.

After working for more than a decade in the IT industry, we felt a growing demand for highly skilled web professionals in the US. With a limited talent pool and 6 figure salaries, not every business can afford a skilled developer, but almost every business needs one.

That is why our company came up with a business model that works for small and medium size businesses. Our model helps you recruit qualified contractors from Russia who work directly under your management, in your team, by your processes, communicating with you daily.

Our team interviews, screens and filters all potential candidates based on your requirements. Partnering with company in Russia makes it easy to personally interview developers and check their backgrounds before you will interview them. It is also a piece of mind when you have a trusted person in the county where your contractor is.

We offer all this services at a fraction of a cost of local recruitment agencies and other costs associated with local direct employment like benefits, severance and so on. You will notice substantial savings for you company right away and you will get a competitive market advantage.
