About WeAreFabbrik
WeAreFabbrik is a senior software studio founded in 2018, based in Athens with an EU entity in Tallinn. We have shipped 50+ products — AI systems, SaaS platforms, and business automation — for clients ranging from Swiss RegTech (IMTF) to maritime intelligence (Resolute RMS) and e-commerce.
Our core work today is custom AI agent development: voice agents that answer real phone calls, RAG assistants grounded in company knowledge, and multi-agent workflows that transact against ERPs, calendars, and CRMs. We build in Greek, English, and German, and integrate with the systems European SMEs actually run — including Softone, Entersoft, Epsilon Net, and Atlantis ERP, with myDATA-aware flows for the Greek market.
Unlike agencies selling decks, we run our own AI product in production: Callen AI, an AI receptionist answering live inbound calls for clinics. Every client build uses the same architecture, guardrails, and evaluation discipline we trust in front of our own customers.
Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-price — Technical Blueprint, Build, then Ship & Scale — with AI pilots from €6,000 live in 2–4 weeks, and fractional-CTO retainers for the long run.
