We Are Not The Machine is a Kenya-based, female-led production company founded by News Emmy and Peabody-nominated producer Toni Kamau.
We provide end-to-end service production across Kenya and East Africa for international broadcasters, platforms, and independent production companies. Our team supports global clients with local producing expertise, trusted networks, and on-the-ground execution that meets international editorial and production standards.
Our services include local producing, research, casting, access, logistics, permits, crew sourcing, location management, and field production for factual, branded, and narrative projects. We specialize in complex shoots involving sensitive subjects, remote locations, and tight timelines.
