About Wave Company
Wave company offers fair and transparent salary models for software developers.
While traditional software consultancies often propose one-size-fits-all work models, they only capture a third of the talent market and settle for lengthy subcontracting chains to deliver. We aim to engage with the entire market, offering three possible options. Due to our transparent models, both the customer and expert are aware for what they pay and earn.
Our story began when three young founders with different backgrounds wanted to clear up the confusion in an industry that often feels like the "wild west," where finding the right fit for everyone is a gamble. To tackle this, a new process was invented called the “Dev-2-Dev”.
This is a process that helps both customers and our future employees make the best choice effectively. Our every action are based on Transparency, Fairness and Efficiency.
