Veridian AI is a practical AI consultancy based in Madrid, Spain, specialized in helping small and medium businesses integrate artificial intelligence into their daily operations.

Unlike traditional consultancies that sell strategy decks and six-month roadmaps, we ship working implementations in 2 to 12 weeks. Our clients range from restaurants automating reservations to car dealerships managing inventory alerts and dental clinics handling appointment scheduling.

Technology stack: We work agnostically with the best model for each case — OpenAI GPT-4.1, Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6, Google Gemini 2.5, Meta Llama 3, plus specialized models for voice (ElevenLabs, OpenAI Realtime) and image (Nano Banana, Flux). For automation we rely on n8n and direct API orchestration.

Compliance: All projects are designed in full compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act. We include DPA contracts, sensitive data anonymization, limited retention policies, and EU-based processing through Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Vertex AI.

Pricing: Transparent ranges published on our website. Setup projects from €1,500 to €8,450 depending on complexity. Monthly maintenance from €99 to €1,150 including AI tokens and continuous iteration.
