USEO is a Rails-first engineering partner based in Wroclaw, Poland, working with companies across the US, UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Australia since 2009.
We do two things: we provide dedicated senior Ruby on Rails engineers and teams that embed into your workflow, and we modernize legacy Rails applications - incremental upgrades from Rails 2.x all the way to 8.x, without risky rewrites.
Our team is 15 senior engineers - no juniors on client work. We bill time-and-materials in two-week sprints, with no vendor lock-in: all code and IP belongs to the client. Our longest client partnership has lasted 13+ years.
