About US Language Services LLC

U.S. Language Services LLC provides certified legal translation and transcription for more than 300 law firms nationwide. Alongside law firms, we work with official U.S. government departments, Ivy League universities, and Fortune 500 institutions.

Our certified translations cover 35 languages, including Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Chinese, and Farsi. Certified translations are used by courts, government agencies, and institutions across the country, and remote online notarization is available.

Our legal transcription team handles recordings such as wiretaps, custodial interrogations, and jail calls, with particular strength in audio that moves between Spanish and English within a single conversation. Every transcript is prepared in a standard evidentiary format and reviewed and finalized by professional linguists.

We also offer sworn translations for use in Spain.

Founded in 2018 and based in Bethesda, Maryland, we are a corporate member of the American Translators Association (ATA) and a member of the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT), with an A+ rating from the BBB.
