We started Tristella Advisors because we've each spent our careers being the person called in after those bets went wrong, and we got tired of watching it happen.

John spent 30 years in ytech roles like VP of Engineering and CTO, inheriting the shortcuts other people's rushed decisions left behind. Velma is a 15-time certified Salesforce Application Architect with deep experience in Health Cloud and AI agent governance. Myra holds a doctorate in organizational management and a clinical background as a nurse, with years of experience leading customer success and change management at health-tech companies. Together, we cover the three places founders and growing companies usually get hurt: the build, the systems it has to talk to, and the people who actually have to use it.

We help Salesforce organizations deploy Agentforce agents that are properly governed, not ones that impress in a demo and get pulled after an incident.

And we help healthcare organizations fix the adoption gap that sinks most rollouts, the one that has nothing to do with the software and everything to do with the people expected to use it.
