Over 20 years experience in intellectual property law. After working for several years at three Denver-area law firms, I started my law firm to serve the small business and start-up community. I think it is important to first listen to what the client needs, then present clear solutions and up-front project-based pricing.

I have a successful practice that includes strategizing with my clients to develop comprehensive IP portfolios - including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. I also counsel companies regarding contracts, licensing, and other business law issues.

My practice is primarily patent preparation and prosecution. However, I also provide IP portfolio management; trademarks, including branding; drafting and negotiating contracts, IP agreements, and licensing.
