About The Tous
The Tous is a web development studio based in Noida, India, founded in 2018. We build three things: custom websites for B2B and service businesses, Shopify stores for D2C brands, and custom CRMs and web applications.
Our Shopify work focuses on early-stage and growing D2C brands — clean, fast stores built for conversion, not just aesthetics. Our Silvago rebuild delivered a 3.4× conversion rate lift (0.7% to 2.4%) with zero traffic increase.
On the CRM side, we build custom internal tools that replace spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software — delivered for aviation spare parts trading, US healthcare analytics, dental practice management, pet grooming operations, and real estate lead distribution.
