Thompson & Co Collective provides employer brand strategy, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, HR consulting, attraction diagnostics, and AI visibility support for organizations working to strengthen talent attraction and hiring performance. We work with organizations that need clearer messaging, stronger recruitment performance, better candidate journeys, and tighter alignment between what the brand promises and what people actually experience.

Our work spans strategic advisory, fractional support, and day-to-day execution. Some clients need help diagnosing what is breaking across brand, hiring, and candidate experience. Others need embedded support to improve recruitment marketing, strengthen employer brand, or bring more structure and clarity to talent-facing work. We do both.

What shapes our perspective is where the work has lived: inside enterprise teams, across agency environments, and throughout the broader talent ecosystem. That range matters because some of the old playbook still works, and some of it no longer does.
