Theodora AI Advisory is an independent AI governance advisory practice supporting boards, general counsels, and compliance functions in regulated industries including pharmaceutical, financial services, and healthcare.

The practice specialises in EU AI Act compliance, ISO 42001 implementation, and board-level accountability architecture. It is built around a proprietary L1 to L4 Agentic AI Autonomy Classification Framework, which classifies AI systems by level of autonomous decision-making to help organisations meet their obligations under EU AI Act Articles 9 and 17 before deployment rather than after enforcement.

Services cover AI governance readiness and risk assessment, AI strategy alignment and governance integration, operational AI governance and control design, and ongoing AI governance oversight and advisory. Engagements are structured on a fixed-price, deliverable-based model with defined milestones and acceptance criteria.

The practice is founded and led by Theodora Monye, who holds an LLB, an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, MIT certificates in Data Leadership: AI, Cloud and Governance and Organisational Design for Digital Transformation, and the IoD Certificate in Company Direction. She is a registered Data Protection Officer with sector experience across pharmaceutical, CRO, financial services, and healthcare organisations including Celgene, Syneos Health, IQVIA, and UCB.
