THEKROLL LTD is a high-stakes engineering firm for scalable SaaS,emergency operations, and applied AI. We deploy where "good enough"fails — building resilient platforms, rescuing failing infrastructure, and shipping production-grade deep tech.
CORE SERVICES- Interim CTO & Emergency Technical Leadership — We take command of failing projects, restructure chaotic teams, enforce technical discipline, and run technical due diligence for investors and boards.- Hybrid-Intelligence SaaS Development — Robust platforms built by fusing AI-generated implementation with human architecture review. Stacks: Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Vite, PostgreSQL.- Sovereign Kubernetes & Cloud Exit — Self-hosted K3s/RKE2 on bare metal. GDPR-hardened, EU data residency, full lifecycle management. Escape the hyperscaler cost trap without losing reliability.- Applied Deep Tech & AI Engineering — Custom PyTorch models, scalable RAG pipelines, vector databases (ChromaDB), and distributed compute. Real ML engineering, not API wrappers.- Disaster Recovery & Platform Rescue — Etcd corruption, legacy Kubernetes migrations, data integrity restoration. Deployment in hours, not days.
SELECTED WORK- docs101.com — Sovereign, GDPR-hardened document generation platform with pixel-perfect headless PDF rendering.- heavylogix.com.cy — Unified TMS/ERP/CRM with real-time geospatial route optimization for heavy transport logistics.- Operation Lazarus — Live migration of a corrupted Kubernetes v1.13 cluster for an enterprise e-commerce client. <4h downtime.
