TechiT Services LLC is a managed IT services provider in San Diego, California, serving small businesses across the San Diego metro area from locations in La Jolla, La Mesa, and Downtown San Diego. WHAT WE DO We act as the IT department for businesses that do not have one, and as reinforcement for those that do. Our managed IT services cover helpdesk and remote support, network administration, structured cabling and Wi-Fi, VPN and SD-WAN, endpoint security, identity management, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. We support clients remotely and with on-site technicians dispatched across San Diego County. MICROSOFT IS OUR CENTER OF GRAVITY TechiT is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and our technicians are Microsoft certified. Most of our project work is Microsoft work: Microsoft 365 deployment and administration, Azure, Exchange and Microsoft 365 migrations, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations. If your business runs on Microsoft, you are not explaining your environment to us from scratch. WHO WE WORK WITH We work with small businesses throughout the San Diego metro area, including law firms and non-profits — organizations where the data is sensitive, the budget is finite, and the technology has to stay out of the way of the actual work. HOW YOU BUY Managed IT is a flat monthly fee sized to your seat count. For small businesses of roughly 5 to 50 employees, plans typically run $75 to $150 per user per month, covering monitoring, helpdesk, security, and maintenance. Project and retainer support is available if you would rather not sign a managed agreement. HOW WE WORK Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we are closed on weekends. We would rather set that expectation up front than manage it afterwards.
