TalenTeam

TalenTeam is a top-rated SAP Gold Partner specialising in SAP SuccessFactors and skills-based HR transformation. For over 10 years, we've helped organisations implement, optimise, and extend their SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems to activate skills across learning, talent management, and workforce planning.

With 200+ projects delivered and the trust of 120+ organisations worldwide - including Vodafone, HSBC, BBC, Etihad, Schott, and Norsk Hydro - we pair deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise with AI-powered products and a proven delivery track record.

Our services span the full SAP SuccessFactors lifecycle:

Implementation of the complete HCM suite (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning/LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation, People Analytics, and more)

• Ongoing support and managed services
• System health checks and optimisation
• Training and enablement
• Product release management

Beyond implementation, we build innovative solutions that extend SAP SuccessFactors - including Blend LXP, the only Learning Experience Platform built natively for the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, and our AI-driven Skills Transformation Suite. Products such as SkillTagIQ, JobArchitectIQ, AssessIQ, ObserveIQ, and Reportify help you tag skills, architect job roles, capture real skill evidence, and generate ready-made reports inside your existing system.

The outcome: faster identification of critical skill gaps, learning aligned to business priorities, stronger internal mobility, and workforce planning built on real skills data - not just job titles.

Multi-award winning, one of the highest-rated partners in our field, and backed by a world-class Net Promoter Score, TalenTeam is committed to crafting transformative human experiences that generate lasting competitive advantage.
