About Talent Scout
Talent Scout is a US recruiting company that places senior Latin American marketing, creative, and operations professionals as full-time, embedded members of North American teams. Not freelancers, agencies, or virtual assistants.
We were founded by operators. Mike Bodkin built and exited his own marketing agency, and Josh Goldberg ran operations there. The internal LATAM recruiting engine they built to solve their own hiring problem became this company.
Every candidate is screened for English fluency and is client-facing, works your time zone, and costs $3,500 to $4,500 per month, all-in. That is up to 70% less than a comparable US hire. Billing is month-to-month, nothing is owed until you hire, and every placement includes free replacements at any time.
We worked with 30+ North American agencies in 2025, our first year in business. We recruit across Latin America, with the most placements in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico. Headquartered in Miami, Florida.
