Support Your Customers is an AI automation company led by Umair Anis as a solo founder. I build AI customer support agents and workflow automations for businesses that want less manual work and faster response times, without adding headcount.

My chat and voice agents are built on LangGraph, a framework used by leading AI teams for controllable, production grade agents, not a drag and drop chatbot. Every answer is grounded in the client's own content and cited, and anything the AI can't confidently resolve is handed off to a real human instead of guessed at.

On the automation side, I start every project with a real audit, mapping out bottlenecks and building an ROI report so clients know an optimization is worth it before anything changes. From there, I build automations around each client's existing workflow using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, and Python, so nothing about how the business runs has to change.

Clients work directly with me throughout, from the first audit to the final build, with no account managers or handoffs in between.
