Sudoblark is a UK-based software engineering consultancy founded by Benjamin Clark, a senior contract engineer with over a decade of experience across international motorsport, industrial technology, UK government, and supply chain. The practice covers three disciplines most organisations staff separately: agentic AI systems, production application and data engineering, and the infrastructure, CI/CD, and security governance to run it all. Clients get a single technical contributor who can own architecture, write and ship production code, and deploy onto fully governed cloud infrastructure — end to end, without coordination gaps. Engagements have included: transforming a near-failed fan personalisation platform in international motorsport from 2-monthly releases to 8+ deployments per day; building a multi-tenant SaaS data platform with agentic AI classification and natural language querying for a supply chain consultancy; and delivering a fully automated self-service developer platform across 1,000+ repositories for an enterprise engineering organisation. Sudoblark works primarily with scale-ups and enterprise engineering teams on contract engagements — building from scratch, rescuing stalled platforms, or embedding engineering standards into existing organisations.
