• Sudo is a digital product studio based in São Paulo, Brazil. We design, build and launch
• custom software — web platforms, mobile apps, SaaS products and MVPs — for companies that

need a product in the market, not a slide deck about one.

• What makes us different is that we are our own hardest client. Alongside client work we
• design, ship and operate our own software products: Crowly (a SaaS that monitors how often
• a brand appears in AI answers across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and
• DeepSeek), Softdex (a B2B marketplace connecting companies to vetted software houses),
• Parly and Presto (WordPress plugins for multilingual translation and for forms/CRM), and
• Kanjica (a mobile app for Brazilians studying Japanese). Every one of them is live and

maintained by the same team that would work on your project.

That matters for a simple reason: we carry the cost of our own architectural decisions.

When we tell you a feature is not worth building yet, it is because we have paid for that

mistake on our own products first.

How we work:

• Fixed scope, timeline and price, agreed in the proposal — no open-ended hourly drift.
• The smallest version that already delivers value goes live first. Every screen has to

justify why it exists.

• Instrumented from day one. Real usage drives the roadmap, not opinion.
