Studio Lutalica is an award-winning non-profit design studio dedicated to empowering women and LGBTQ+ communities through creative and innovative solutions. Founded in October 2020 by Cecilia Righini, we are committed to fostering inclusivity and driving social change through design. Our team operates globally from our base in Edinburgh, crafting bespoke solutions for clients across four continents.

Our core services include branding, web design, editorial content creation, and strategic communication. We pride ourselves on our ability to tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to intersectional feminism, people over profit, and radical collaboration.

By centring the voices of women and LGBTQ+ individuals, we create authentic, resonant designs that challenge traditional industry norms. Our team of experts includes project managers, UX/UI designers, DEI consultants, and more, all dedicated to delivering high-quality, impactful work. We are proud to have completed almost 200 projects for over 100 clients, achieving significant milestones such as £26,000 of pro-bono work in the last year alone.

We operate as a joyful resistance against a systemically privileged and inequitable creative industry. Our clients appreciate our pushback on outdated power structures, understanding that true community reflection requires including their voices.
