They work from your email domain, represent you on LinkedIn, and handle sourcing, interviewing, and hiring execution. The team scales up or down as your headcount plan changes.

Strategic Advisement: We provide fractional talent and HR leadership that audits your People, Process, and Tools and then builds and runs the fix. For startups whose hiring engine is stuck, we deliver a clear diagnosis and roadmap, design the process, implement the tools, and direct the embedded team that executes the plan.

Startup Talent was founded by Krista Kupau, who has spent more than 20 years building and leading high-performance talent teams at tech companies. She has scaled organizations from Seed through Series C and from 300 to more than 1,400 employees.
