Solve Consulting (Solve) is a Calgary-based management consultancy that provides services to clients throughout Western Canada. We have supported clients across 15+ industries to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of their businesses. We provide clients with the Process Improvement, Change Management and Project Execution expertise that they need to drive their business forward. Solve brings the best and brightest consultants to each engagement. Our company was founded by consultants who had previously worked together at a Big 4 consulting firm. It was there that we learned the importance of a relentless focus on quality and were trained to the highest standards. We started Solve Consulting in 2015, with a simple goal of providing the quality of service expected from a Big 4 consultancy at a fraction of the cost to our clients.

Our track record ranges from delivering large-scale transformations to delivering short, targeted initiatives that drive immediate benefits. Our in-depth and expansive experience across multiple industries and types of projects ensures that we are able to support our clients with the unique challenges they are facing.

We have a mix of full-time employees and contractors who provide services on a regular basis. Additionally, we have access to a broader pool of trusted, pre-qualified senior contractors, who we can draw upon as required.
