How we work:

Fixed price against a defined outcome, agreed before we start. No hourly billing.

A person stays on the decisions that need judgment, where the work carries real consequence.

You own the code, the prompts and the runbook at the end.

Where we get called in:

A bottleneck process is holding up everything behind it. Quotes, claims, onboarding, first-pass review. Judgment-heavy enough that nobody scripted it, and only two or three people can actually do it.

An automation stack that keeps breaking. An RPA suite, or a graph of n8n, Zapier and Make scenarios that snaps whenever a form moves or a supplier changes a document. You are not automating any more, you are maintaining automation.

An AI pilot that impressed everyone and never shipped. It demoed well, then nobody could say who owned it, what it cost per run, or what happens when it is wrong.

What we turn down: staff augmentation, websites and marketing sites, commodity CRUD, and anything where the honest answer is that a script, a form or a policy change fixes it.
