I'm Paweł Knieć - a designer with 20+ years in digital, working under the SmartMage name since 2013. What started as an eCommerce agency is today a focused, senior-level practice: you work directly with me, not an account manager.

What I do best: online stores. Category pages, PDPs, checkout, B2B ordering flows, replatforming. I've designed for Helikon-Tex, Obsessive, wOkularach.pl, 8a.pl, Chantelle, Bladeville and dozens of other brands across B2C and B2B. I know where conversion leaks - and I design to close those gaps, not to win awards.

Alongside that: marketing websites and product design (SaaS, dashboards, mobile apps) - including work for EY, Softwise.AI plus a stint leading the design team at EL Passion.
