Our founders saw these struggles firsthand while working at IBM and realized something important: small businesses, nonprofits, schools, and startups face the same IT challenges as large enterprises but without the same resources. That realization inspired the creation of smartIT.

Headquartered in Long Island, New York, smartIT provides IT support and cybersecurity services across Long Island, New York City, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Our approach is simple: enterprise-level expertise with a hands-on, human-first mindset. Instead of pushing clients through endless call centers, we focus on one-ticket resolution, solving most issues on the first request and keeping teams productive.
