SMA Estimating LLC is a US-based construction cost estimating and quantity takeoff firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. We act as an outsourced estimating department for general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects and owners nationwide, delivering bid-ready numbers in 24 to 48 hours.

Contractors bring us in for three reasons: they are chasing more bids than their in-house estimator can cover, they want a second set of eyes before a number goes out the door, or they need estimating capacity without the overhead of a full-time hire.

HOW WE WORK

Send drawings as PDF or CAD and you get a fixed quote and firm turnaround before work begins. Deliverables arrive in Excel, CSI MasterFormat, or your own bid template. Every estimate is reviewed by a senior estimator before release, and we stay available for revisions and addenda through the bid date.
