How we work: four phases, each with an exit door. A free diagnosis of your operations, numbers and constraints. A free estimate with architecture, milestones, timeline, cost and the business metric the system answers to. A build with working software from week two, weekly demos and milestones you accept before paying. Then we operate the system on a retainer or hand it over cleanly.

Three ways to engage: a dedicated senior squad at a fixed monthly rate, per-project with fixed estimates and milestone billing, or a partnership where part or all of the build value converts to equity. The estimate holds - overruns are ours. Everything ships with a 90-day warranty, documentation, tests and CI/CD, and the first invoice comes after the first delivery.
