Sicilia Labs is an AI engineering studio focused on applied artificial intelligence with measurable business outcomes — not generic chatbots, but production-grade RAG architectures and autonomous agent systems built for education, retail, and enterprise clients.

Founded in late 2025 by Gustavo Hernán Siciliano (15+ years in tech), we build AI that stays under our clients' control: zero hallucinations through validated knowledge bases, on-premise/local LLM deployment for full data sovereignty, and full source traceability.

What we've built:- CogniBookIA — An academic RAG assistant that answers exclusively from a professor's own approved course materials, eliminating hallucinations in higher education. Piloted with Universidad Nacional de Lanús (Argentina) with international academic cooperation across Spain, Mexico, Uruguay, Italy, and Costa Rica. Presented at the International Congress on Education and Knowledge, University of Alicante, Spain.- PyME-Assist — 24/7 WhatsApp Business API automation for retail/SMBs: transactional flows, cart recovery, real-time quoting, and FAQ handling via RAG.- Alejandría — Enterprise knowledge management with MCP protocol integration, letting organizations query thousands of internal documents securely, with data that never leaves their infrastructure.

Our engagement model starts with a controlled pilot/MVP — we map one critical process, validate the tech, and measure ROI before scaling. We also deliver on-premise licensing and in-company technical training on AI-augmented software development.
