Seed and Arrow is a Melbourne based digital advertising agency for Australian service businesses that care deeply about what they do.

Led by founder Bianca Bemand, with more than 10 years of experience managing ad accounts, we work across Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Before recommending a platform or changing a campaign, we want to understand how the business makes money, how leads become customers and what those customers are worth. That context guides the strategy, budgets, messaging and how performance is measured.

Our management packages are cross-platform and based on ad spend, not the number of channels. When an opportunity appears on another platform, clients are not asked to pay another management fee to use it.

Clients own their accounts and can see the work being completed. Accounts are actively reviewed by people, communication is proactive and performance is measured beyond low-cost leads. We look at lead quality, revenue and profitability.
