I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kansas, with a focus on Accounting. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a former Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), equipping me with the skills to manage complex financial challenges and guide businesses through various stages of growth.

Currently, he serves as the CFO and COO at Hatcher Companies, where I oversee financial operations, develop strategic initiatives, and work closely with teams to drive business performance. My previous experience includes over 20 years at Lutz & Company, P.C., where Scott played a key role in expanding the firm's market presence and growing its revenue.
