SCENA is a reality capture and as-built documentation company. We scan buildings, industrial facilities, campuses, and construction sites, then turn that capture into digital twins, point clouds, CAD, and BIM your team can actually use.

We capture with Matterport Pro3, NavVis VLX mobile mapping, terrestrial laser scanners, and drone photogrammetry. Matterport is for photorealistic walkthroughs, dollhouse views, schematic floor plans, and tags non-technical stakeholders can follow. NavVis is for large, complex interiors where we need speed and survey-grade point clouds in GPS-denied spaces. When tolerances are tight, we add tripod scanners and control points so the dataset lines up to real-world coordinates.

From the same visit we deliver what the job needs: cleaned point clouds (E57, RCP/RCS, LAS/LAZ, PTS), Scan-to-BIM Revit models from LOD 200 to LOD 400, and 2D as-built CAD including floor plans, RCPs, sections, elevations, and MEP or structural docs. Files open in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ReCap, Bentley, and SketchUp. Tours publish to Matterport or NavVis IndoorViewer with a shareable link.

Architects design against existing conditions instead of old drawings. Contractors get progress documentation and timestamped scan evidence when something is off. Facility teams get a tagged record of the building for space planning, O&M, insurance, and capital work. Owners keep a digital asset after the project team leaves. Real estate teams use the tours to qualify buyers and tenants before a site visit.

SCENA has worked from Atlanta since 2015, with field crews across the Southeast and beyond. Typical turnaround is about five business days.
