Scale DM is a multi-award-winning AI and SEO agency based in Birmingham, UK. We build revenue systems and search authority infrastructure for founder-led B2B service businesses in financial services, professional services and IT. Most of the businesses that come to us are not short of activity. They have a website, they run campaigns, they have tools. What they do not have is a system. Traffic arrives and leaks. Leads come in and go cold. Reporting shows effort rather than revenue. The problem is rarely visibility on its own. It is infrastructure.

We fix that in two connected halves. The first is the revenue system. We map how demand is captured, qualified, followed up and reported, then install the automation and structure that removes the friction between those stages. The second is search authority. Search has split in two. Ranking on Google still matters, and increasingly so does being the source an AI engine quotes when someone asks it for a recommendation. Those need different work: entity and schema foundations, content structured to be extracted and cited rather than merely read, and the authority and citation signals that make an engine treat you as a source worth naming. We build both.
