Sawicki Legal is a boutique business law firm working exclusively with B2B clients: startups, scale-ups and established SMEs, as well as foreign investors operating in Poland. Rather than offering full-service coverage, we work in four areas.

Shareholder and business disputes. Deadlocks, disputes over strategy and profit distribution, challenging shareholders' resolutions, management board liability, exclusion of shareholders, trade secret and unfair competition claims, and enforcement of judgments.

Transactions, investments and shareholder arrangements. Mergers and acquisitions, share and asset deals, due diligence, investment agreements and VC financing rounds, shareholders' and founders' agreements, and succession planning. We advise on both sides of the table: founders raising capital and investors deploying it.

Digital business law. IT and technology contracts, SaaS, artificial intelligence, e-commerce and consumer regulation, data protection, and legal support for marketing agencies.

International expansion and corporate services. For foreign investors entering Poland we handle company, branch and representative office formation, and then ongoing corporate work for the Polish entity: shareholders' meetings and resolutions, board appointments and changes, share capital changes, KRS registry filings and statutory obligations. We also support Polish companies expanding into other EU markets, including cross-border acquisitions.

Alongside project work we provide day-to-day legal support, including outsourced in-house counsel arrangements. Our clients operate in IT, SaaS, e-commerce and marketing, as well as in professional services and manufacturing.

The firm is led by Damian Sawicki, a Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny) with over 10 years of experience advising domestic and international companies.
