SantiXS is a go-to-market execution agency based in Vancouver, Washington, working with B2B companies across North America. Founded in 2024 by Patrick Santiago, the practice builds outbound systems, demand generation programs and sales development teams, and then operates them.

The distinction is execution rather than advisory. Engagements are scoped around real implementation, and the systems are documented as they are built so the client's team learns them by doing. Clients keep their own tool licenses, data, reports and access, and can take the operation in-house at any point. SantiXS does not take a percentage of media spend.

Representative work: rebuilding the sales development motion at OpenSesame, where team quota attainment moved from 74 percent to 98 percent and meetings booked per rep from 12 to 16 over five months with no new hires, tools or budget. Rebuilding a Google Ads account for a family-owned SERVPRO restoration franchise on the same monthly budget, where, comparing similar two-month periods, inbound calls to the business rose 43 percent, from 173 to 247, and qualified leads rose 75 percent, from 20 to 35, while cost per click fell from $14.73 to $9.45.

Patrick Santiago has 20 years in sales and has hired and trained more than 100 sales development representatives across software, medical device, education technology, insurance and staffing. He has scaled teams through three revenue stages: $0 to $1M, $25M to $50M, and $50M to $100M ARR.
