ROZUM is a growth consulting studio that builds the systems small businesses and agencies need to generate clients on their own. Not ads, not one-off tactics — positioning, pipeline, outreach process, and materials that compound after the engagement ends.

We work with founder-led service businesses, consultancies, and small agencies across New York, New England, and nationally. Most of our clients are good at what they do but have grown entirely on referrals and reputation, with nothing underneath to fall back on when the referrals slow down.

What we actually build: clear positioning that holds up across every touchpoint. A qualified target list. Outreach systems a team can run without the founder in every conversation. SEO and content infrastructure. Case studies and sales materials that tell a coherent story. The kind of growth function a business needs but can't justify hiring a full-time head of BD to figure out from scratch.

Recent work includes building SEO infrastructure for a women's social club in Westchester County (5 to 12+ indexed pages), and launching website, Google Ads, and local press outreach for an independent instructor in NYC (0 to 5+ consistent clients).
