Romanos Boraine is a data consultant and evidence systems consultant helping research teams, public-sector projects, donor-funded contractors, NGOs, evaluation firms, policy teams and service businesses turn messy information into structured systems, traceable evidence, reporting workflows and clearer decisions.

I work across the full information route: data collection, data processing and storage, and data use. I help teams collect information through forms, intake systems, fieldwork tools, submission portals, partner templates, calculators and upload workflows; organise it into databases, spreadsheets, source registers, coding frameworks, evidence tables and AI-ready knowledge bases; then turn it into reports, dashboards, briefing notes, microsites and decision-support outputs.

This is practical data consulting for teams with information spread across PDFs, spreadsheets, interviews, case studies, survey comments, emails, folders, reports, public submissions or draft documents, but no clear system for using it. I support database architecture, qualitative data synthesis, public consultation analysis, reporting workflow design, AI knowledge base builds, Custom GPTs, data capture automation, source traceability and report-ready evidence workflows.

Recent proof includes a South African Local Government White Paper workflow connecting public submissions, claims coding, synthesis, drafting support and consultation review; a UNICEF Zambia evidence workflow that processed 120 narrative case studies and saved an estimated 120 analyst hours; and a UNICEF Palestine situation analysis recovery workflow that rebuilt scattered qualitative material into a structured evidence database, coded quotes, recommendations and a review-ready draft.

I do not sell generic AI tools or replace expert judgement. I build usable data systems around the information teams already have, with source IDs, review steps, human checks, handover notes and outputs that other people can use.
