Ring-Thru provides automated after-hours answering and dispatch service. We are able to be faster, more accurate, and lower cost because of our unique technology.

Ring-thru does two things for your on-call business.

We sort the calls between spam, urgent, and non-urgent. Spam goes away. Non-urgent calls can leave a message that is delivered to your team by email.

Urgent calls are dispatched to your on-call agent. We will keep calling and working off your list of people until someone accepts the job. Ensuring that the customer gets a response.

All this happens nearly instantly. Your on-call agent will be contacted by Ring-Thru before the customer has completed the call.
