Mr. Rhodenhiser has significant intellectual property litigation expertise, including in patent, trade secret, and copyright matters, in addition to experience representing companies, their leaders, and owners in complex business disputes. Mr. Rhodenhiser is licensed to practice in all state courts in Michigan and North Carolina, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In addition, he holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential, which is conferred by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the principal credentialing body for the U.S. private sector in the growing area of data privacy and information security law.
