Our founder, David O'Regan, brings ten years of enterprise technology experience across software, telco, finance, and grant management, combined with practitioner-level expertise in LLM architecture, AWS Bedrock infrastructure, and EU AI Act compliance. David is also co-founder and CTO of Before My Visit, a production healthtech platform built for patients managing complex chronic conditions — giving ReganByte a level of healthcare AI depth that no comparable Irish consultancy can match. We work with a trusted delivery team and specialist compliance partners, giving clients end-to-end capability without the overhead of a large agency.
