Balkaninvest is a Sofia-based recruitment agency. Since 2009 they have supported companies in the most competitive branches to find employees for management and specialist positions that make a difference. Channels: Ads, Social media, Networking, Database, Direct search (Headhunting).

Furthermore, the agency has identified Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) as a promising niche and has started with its first projects for SMEs in Germany and Switzerland.
