Realware's Mission To deliver enterprise quality IT solutions and services to small and mid-sized businesses.

Founded in 1999, we are a Managed Service Provider (MSP), a Managed Application Service Provider (MASP), and a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). Together with our customers, we monitor and manage their investment in information technology. More and more mission critical processes in your business are depending on information technology and the presence of a reliable and available IT infrastructure. The managed service space has arisen from the fact that applications, servers, communications equipment, peripherals and PCs are increasing in number and complexity at a rate faster than IT professionals can be trained.

Our customers are small and medium-sized businesses. These businesses need to decide whether to dedicate a portion of their available financial resources to building IT competency and infrastructure or growing their core businesses. They often do not have adequate financial resources available to invest in required hardware, software and communications as well as to hire and, equally important, train their own IT staff. For smaller companies with no IT staff, Realware can assume the role of the external IT department and develop complete hosted solutions. For medium-sized companies, Realware can empower and augment existing IT staff and provide a variety of services and hosting solutions. By allowing Realware to manage some or all of their IT functions, our clients have been able to expand the depth and breadth of their IT services, improve quality of service, lower their total cost of ownership, and focus on their core businesses.
