Razoyo is a software engineering firm that takes prototypes and constrained systems into production. We work in four situations: an AI-built or vibe-coded prototype that now has to survive real users; custom software that was too expensive to justify until AI changed the economics; a manual process being run by people who should be doing something else; and a business that has outgrown its off-the-shelf platform.

We build Spider, the platform behind Lighthouse's hotel business intelligence, ranked #1 of 74 for Business Intelligence at the 2025 HotelTechAwards. We built Matrix, sales intelligence for hotels, rebuilt from an underperforming internal CRM into a multi-tenant SaaS product now running hundreds of properties. And we built AutomaticFFL, the firearms checkout compliance service used across BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento and Shopware.
