Rasa Design Team

We're a product design team that works the way early-stage founders actually need: fast, opinionated, and close to your engineers.

Rasa Design Team has been designing B2B SaaS products since 2018. Most of our clients are seed to Series A — a technical founder, real users, and an interface that's now holding the product back. We come in as the design function they don't have yet.

What we do— Product design (UX/UI) for web apps, dashboards, and internal tools— Design systems your engineers can actually build from— UX audits and redesigns for products that outgrew their first version— MVP design for teams going from prototype to first paying customers— Embedded design partnership, not one-off projects

How we workMost engagements start with a 2–4 week scoping sprint, so you see how we think before committing to anything long. From there it's fixed-scope project work or a monthly retainer with a dedicated designer. We work in your Slack, your Linear, your sprint rhythm. Handoff is a Figma component library with states and edge cases documented — not a pile of screens.

Who we work withB2B SaaS, AI and data products, fintech, healthtech, and fitness tech. Clients across the US, UK, and Western Europe. Team of seven in Ukraine, working US and EU hours.

What we're good atComplexity. Dense data, multi-role permissions, workflows that don't fit a template. If your product has more than three user types, or a screen your own team can't explain quickly, that's the work we want.

What we're notA branding shop, a marketing-site factory, or a 40-person agency that hands you a junior. You work directly with the people designing your product.
